If you refresh the page, you will still be charged but will not receive an item or credits.

Each lucky box contains an item.

After opening the box, you can decide whether you want to keep the item or take the credits. With five credits you'll get to play for free (credits are displayed on the left by the cost). Items you win will be credited to your account and can be assigned to a character via the item box in the cash shop.

This item will randomize the base stats on your item. Stats gained through enhancement won't be effected.
